Nestled in the wide-open beauty of Quartzsite, Arizona, Hi Jolly Cemetery offers a peaceful setting for memory, dignity, and reflection. Surrounded by the quiet majesty of the Sonoran Desert, the grounds provide a serene and meaningful final resting place for Jewish individuals and families throughout Western Arizona.
In Jewish tradition, establishing a dedicated burial ground is one of the most sacred responsibilities of a community. Through a special partnership at historic Hi Jolly Cemetery, Chabad of Lake Havasu City, together with regional Chabad centers and the Arizona Meis Mitzvah Project, has helped establish a dedicated Jewish section so that every Jewish man and woman in Western Arizona can be laid to rest in accordance with Jewish law and tradition.
Our Chevrah Kaddisha volunteers handle the Taharah, the traditional preparation of the body with dignity, care, and sensitivity, at a local mortuary. In keeping with Jewish tradition, men care for men and women care for women.
We recommend Bradbury Memorial Center and have worked to help make traditional Jewish burial more accessible and manageable for local families.

A Meaningful and Cost-Conscious Choice
Many families assume that traditional Jewish burial is far beyond reach. In reality, with thoughtful planning and local support, it can be a practical and deeply meaningful option.
Our goal is to help families choose a sacred Jewish burial with clarity, compassion, and affordability.
Financial concerns should never stand in the way of a proper Jewish burial.
If financial assistance may be needed, please let us know privately. We will do our best to help families explore available support and subsidy options with sensitivity and discretion.
